Return Policy

Top-Tier Textures is a division of Body Re-Genesis Skin Lab. We only accept the return of defective, unused Top-Tier Textures extensions within 15 days of purchase. Once we receive the returned defective item, Body Re-Genesis Skin Lab will then issue a full monetary refund to the cardholder on file at the time of purchase, (excluding any return-shipping cost incurred by you), or mail you a replacement order.

Items are considered defective if product is delivered without hair fashioned to wefts or seamless bands (which inhibits installation), or if all clips are detached from seamless bands (which inhibits installation). Please be advised our packing facility is video-monitored for quality assurance.

In the event of a shipped return, please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. You will be contacted once we receive your return and it is eligible for consideration.

Promotional or discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Body Re-Genesis Skin Lab will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging with all original tags, and in good condition, or will not be eligible for return or refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) and prior communication of the return; both as proof of received return delivery.

Items returned to us in an unsuitable condition will be documented, returned to you, and would not be considered for return or exchange. All goods will be inspected on return.

We only refund or replace items if they are defective. Prior to shipment all items are packaged and sealed under video surveillance as evidence of what was shipped to you. If you require an exchange or refund, please submit the return form and send us an email at We will provide information on submitting your return. We CANNOT complete your exchange or refund without your returned defective order.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift coupon code would be provided to you.

If you received the item as a gift from a gift-giver, all credits or exchanges will be issued to the gift-giver.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please prepare accordingly for the time it takes for your return to arrive at our facility.

We cannot guarantee that we would receive your returned item, so please utilize a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
