Yes, our extensions are 100% Human Hair!

Our textures are crafted from healthy Raw Hair strands and processed to create textures that expertly match our clients hair.

After processing, the extensions are treated to reduce the annoying tangling experienced whilst wearing untreated human hair.

YES! Your extensions can be coloured or lightened to match your desires and your vibe!

We supply hair in it’s natural colour which is closest to 1b black.

Because it is 100% human hair, minor colour variations between strands and bundle is completely normal.

Deliveries to Port of Spain and West, Trinidad are delivered by the business’ courier. (*Kindly note, if located in an area deemed “unsafe” for a private courier to enter, you will be contacted, and your order will be delivered via TTPOST).

Deliveries to East, Central, South Trinidad, and Tobago will be made via TTPOST.

International orders, (outside of Trinidad and Tobago) will be shipped via FEDEX.

Port of Spain and West Trinidad deliveries are made via our Doorstep Delivery Service within 1-2 days of order.

East, Central, South Trinidad, and Tobago Deliveries are fulfilled via TTPOST within 2-4 business days.

International Deliveries are fulfilled via FEDEX within 3-9 business days depending on your location.

Tracking information is provided via the email address submitted at the time of order for TTPost and International Orders.

Please verify that your delivery address, email address and phone numbers are correct when submitting, as we will not be responsible for any packages that get lost due to incorrect submissions.

Shipping is FREE for all deliveries to Trinidad and Tobago address.

All regional and International orders will incur an shipping fee, charged by FedEx.

You are FULLY RESPONSIBLE for all landed fees (Customs Duties and Taxes etc) governed by the country, territory or island you have requested to have your purchase mailed to.

It is also your responsibility to be aware of these fees prior to purchasing.

Please ensure that you correctly input your address and telephone contact at the time of purchasing.

We would not be responsible for any packages that get lost in transit due to incorrect submission of information.

We understand that P.O Boxes and Freight Forwarders are widely utilized with much success, and we want every customer to receive and love their purchases.

We are unable to accept any responsibility for packages that get lost as a result of using a P.O Box service or a Freight Forwarder as they are still considered to be a risk for many shipping companies.

In the event of lost  package shipped to a P.O. Box or a Freight Forwarder, you will be required to deal directly with the shipping company with the tracking information provided when your order was shipped.
